Medical Apartheid
Accusing an entity of the Crime of Apartheid must be done with circumspect. Many individuals of my age, that is, approaching 70 years of age, have lived Apartheid. Apartheid has been declared as a Crime_against_Humanity. This page provides some history of Apartheid and how it was declared as a crime against humanity.
The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court declared 11 crimes as Crimes against Humanity, of which Apartheid is one. The crimes are in Article 7 of the Statutes, on page 3.
I presented on 8 September 2022 at the LMHI2022 Congress in Istanbul an oral presentation on Medical Apartheid. I shall post a few of my power point slides with comments where needed.
